Commission TOS

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING FOR A COMMISSION

Slots open once a month via a google form. This form will be open for 24 hours, and then closed after that time frame is up. Fill out this form with your commission information.Slots are artist choice and will be decided after they close. After payment, I will send a sketch for approval. Once the sketch is approved, I will finish the piece.I have a full time job outside of commissions, so please be patient. I will not ask for payment until I am ready to start your commission, and will do them one at a time. If unforeseen circumstances pop up and you are unable to pay for the commission, please let me know as soon as possible before I ask for payment. Please be ready to pay if you are selected. If you are not ready to pay and/or unable to pay, your form may be replaced by someone else who did not get chosen initially.All commissions will be finished before slots are opened again! If there are unforeseen circumstances and I cannot finish your commission before that time is up, then that 'slot' will still be taken the next go-round.If there are multiple individuals commissioning one image, please have 1 person in charge of the commission funds and contact information!You may NOT claim slots before they are posted! All google form responses submitted outside of the time frame, either before commissions open or after they close, will be deleted and ignored.INCOMPLETE SUBMISSION FORMS WILL BE IGNORED AND DELETED. Please take the time to fill them out correctly.FILLING OUT A FORM WITH 'CONTACT ME FOR DETAILS' OR 'I WILL PROVIDE DETAILS IF ASKED' WILL GET YOUR FORM DELETED AND IGNORED.When sending references, please censor genitalia. Additionally, if you have multiple images necessary to properly depict your character, pick only 2 or 3 that you feel show them most completely, and/or note which details from which references you would like to specifically be included. Please do not use video game screenshots only for your reference. I'd prefer you loosely fill out some lineart in MSpaint or use a base.Do not ever send me nude IRL photos as reference.Below are my TOS and what I will and will not draw. Please read this through before sending a commission form.PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO COMMISSION METOS1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.2. After the initial sketch is approved and I've begun work on the lineart of the piece, any major changes will cost extra. These cost changes will depend on the edit and how far I am.3. You do not need to ask permission to post your image after I give you the full res PNG! However, I do ask that I am credited somehow in the description of your post.4. You can post any art you commission me on any website with proper credit.5. You MUST provide some sort of reference for your characters. I cannot go off of written descriptions, incredibly blurry references, or images with a lot of artifacting. I like to get details and colors right, and I can't do that if you don't have a good reference.6. If you request a refund after your commission has passed the sketch phase and I've moved on to the lineart, you will NOT receive a full refund. You will receive a refund minus the price of the sketch. If I finish your piece, you will not receive a refund for any reason.7. I do all of my payments through Paypal! I use invoices, and will let you know when I have sent an invoice to pay. Unless otherwise discussed, you must pay the invoice within 24 hours of it being sent.8. If you ask for extra things (alternate details for your image, especially ones that include changes to lineart and shading if you get those, or for things like very specific background details, ie. plushies that look like specific characters with references or specific pieces of furniture) you will be charged extra! How much is up to the kinds of details you want, how many different editions of a picture you want, and the general estimate for how much time it would take me to complete your commission. Feel free to ask ahead of time about things you think may add extra fees to your commission!9. Do not commission me if you are not at least 18 years old. This is a NSFW account, and I draw suggestive, kinky material. I am not comfortable accepting commissions from minors, no matter how ''tame'' the subject may be.What I Will Draw- Humans, furries, Weight gain, chubby characters, stuffing, forcefeeding, liquid inflation, light bondage, light BDSM, micro/macro, Light slob, pregnancy, nudity... If its not on the list below, ask!What I Will Not Draw- omorashi, scat, vore, gore, hypnosis, air inflation, bursting/popping, death/death feedism, genitalia, age play/diapers, mechas, cityscapes, sex, scenes including bodily fluids ... This list is subject to change(The above is a matter of preference and comfort, not of morality.
